Don’t Be A “STEVE”!

Welcome! First of all, if you’re wondering about the title “Don’t Be A STEVE!”, this is a phrase that began around 20 years ago. Ya see, I was in the radio biz since I was 20 years old. It seems by the time I was 30 the after effects of the many illegal drugs I did in the 80s’ & 90s’ started to show up in certain ways. The biggest being that whatever part of the brain controls COMMON SENSE seemed to just... go away! I’ll give you some examples of things I’ve said that we’re followed by either me, or whoever I was with at the time saying said phrase. #1-“Boy, it sure is dark tonight.” #2-“How will I know when this water is hot enough?” #3-(after dropping phone in toilet) “Will this dry faster in the microwave?” Yeah, NEVER do that. So, just a few examples. Plus, I’m never allowed to use power tools again. BIG Steve NO-NO. Ya don’t wanna “Be a Steve” to the point you’ll end up in the E.R., or worse dead.
